Official Hole In One Rules

In order to receive the $250.00 Hole In One Prize, the participant must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a paid VIP Member in good standing with Zero Golf Thirty.
• Hole in One must be witnessed by at least 1 playing witness. The witness does not have to be a VIP Member of Zero Golf Thirty.
• Zero Golf Thirty must be notified within 10 days of the Hole in One via Official Zero Golf Thirty Hole in One Submission Form. A link to the form will be made available to all paid members. Any paid member may request the link to the form at any time. Information requested will include VIP Member Name, Witness Name, Name of Course, Date of Hole in One, Length of Hole, and Name of Course Professional or Manager.
• Upon contact, Zero Golf Thirty will also request a Picture of Scorecard signed and dated by the VIP Member and Witness. 
• We would like for you to send the celebratory photo, but that is not required.
• The Hole in One must be made on a regulation, executive, or par three course. The hole must measure at least 100 yards for Men and 75 yards for ladies.
• The Hole in One must be made on a hole using a regulation size golf hole of 4.25″
• A Hole in One on a simulator or miniature golf is not valid.
